Cancellation A Perfect Day Festival 2013 - all tickets will be refunded
Unforseen circumstances of artists who should have been added to the already announced performances, did not allow completing the program of the festival. This forces the organization to cancel the 2013 edition of "A Perfect Day Festival".
Vivo is confident that all the efforts made so far will not be wasted but will make it possible to give us an appointment for 2014.
Festival tickets cannot be in any way re-used for future editions of A Perfect Day Festival or any other event.
The tickets refund for A Perfect Day Festival 2013, can be requested from June 11th 2013 until and no later than July 31st 2013.
The ticket price will be refunded including the box-office commissions. As per the terms of the sale, incidental or personal expenses are not refundable. It is necessary to be in possession of admission ticket, intact or torn, in order to obtain the refund. Without such evidence of access no refund will be granted.
We will not accept refund claims
for purchases made outside the official sales channels: Ticketone, Vivaticket, Box
Office Toscana, Ticket.it, Unicredit e Bookingshow.
-Tickets purchased at TicketOne Sales Points and at the sales points of all authorized resale:
The refund of the tickets can be requested at the resale point where the ticket was bought starting from 11th June 2013 until and no later than 31st July 2013.
Tickets will be refunded completely (including box-office commission). Any additional fees (already made and invoiced) applied by the dealer when purchasing will not be refunded.
Tickets purchased on-line on TicketOne.it or through TicketOne Call Center:
Tickets purchased online on TicketOne.it or by telephone through TicketOne Call Center will be fully refunded (including box-office commissions), excluding service fees and shipping costs (already made and invoiced) and any other services purchased, as provided for in the terms and conditions of purchase on TicketOne website.

1) Tickets not collected at the venue:
The customer will just have to wait for the completion of the reimbursement procedure.
2) Tickets received by Express Courier:
The customer will have to send the tickets by registered mail with return receipt requested, starting from 11th June 2013 until and no later than 31st July 2013 (the date of postmark will be considered) to:

The refund will be made by crediting the card used for the purchase or other payment method used during purchase. Such operation will start once the receipt of the registered letter will be received. It will then be possible to see the reaccredit in the following month.
Those who bought tickets on-line on TicketOne or by telephone through TicketOne Call Center will receive an e-mail from TicketOne Customer Care at the address provided at time of purchase, containing all the specific arrangements for the refund.
